Juxtaposition

 Wat is JUXTAPOSITION
Definition: A placing or being placed in nearness or contiguity, or side by side; as a juxtaposition of words.
In art this usually is done with the intention of bringing out a specific quality or creating an effect, particularly when two contrasting or opposing elements are used. The viewer's attention is drawn to the similarities or differences between the elements. It is a good ways to let the thinker to get more ideas and its effective and easy to apply make it become popular among the artist.

Exercise 2:
The second exercise in class was to create a creature by combining two type of animals based on the given choices, and at the same time, take the chance or its survival into account, which means the creature created must be IMPOSSIBLE to live even a minute.

The answer is Bird + Fish. It is because the fish must be in water but bird are suppose to be flying in the sky. Therefore, there is no way it can live.

This is all i learn in class, thanks you!!
