Passionate
It is no doubt that we say Bill Gates is the passionate person. If you really love something, you’ll strive to be the best at it that you can, and that’s what Bill Gates has done. Bill Gates passion for software is what really drove the company to success. Microsoft is a company that has made software, and all of their products are always gonna give a quality competitive if they are not the better. They never give up in the competition of new software. Bill Gates’ passion for technology has led Microsoft to be the most successful software company and you will never denies the trues.

Whether it's Google or Apple or free software, we've got some fantastic competitors and it keeps us on our toes.

Creativity
In the early years, software are free and no payment are given to the software developer. However, Bill Gates felt the different ways in this concept, he thinks that software can become a new types of business. Then, the famous Open Letter to Hobbyists is written by Bill. In the letter, Gates expressed frustration with most computer hobbyists who were using his company's Altair BASIC software without having paid for it. He asserted that such widespread unauthorized copying in effect discourages developers from investing time and money into creating quality software. He cited the unfairness of gaining the benefits of software authors' time, effort, and capital, without paying that author anything. Finally and until now, software are bundled with the machine and the current distribution method.

Smart is an elusive concept. There's a certain sharpness, an ability to absorb new facts. To ask an insightful question. To relate to domains that may not seem connected at first. A certain creativity that allows people to be effective

Innovation
Innovation can be seen as the process that renews something that exists and not, as is commonly assumed, the introduction of something new. Bill show his talent in innovation. He proposed using 86-DOS (QDOS), an operating system similar to CP/M that Tim Paterson of Seattle Computer Products (SCP) had made for hardware similar to the PC. After adapting the operating system for the PC, Microsoft delivered it to IBM as PC-DOS in exchange for a one-time fee of $50,000. Gates did not offer to transfer the copyright on the operating system, because he believed that other hardware vendors would clone IBM's system. He smartly use the resources or creation of others to benefit himself and the sales of MS-DOS made Microsoft a major player in the industry.
Microsoft is not about greed. It's about innovation and fairness.

Invention
Bill is also a great inventor with plenty of idea. He and Paul Allen developed an Altair emulator that ran on a minicomputer, and then the BASIC interpreter in a few week. Besides, he also create the giant company Microsoft which dominant in computer field now.
I think it's fair to say that personal computers have become the most empowering tool we've ever created. They're tools of communication, they're tools of creativity, and they can be shaped by their user.
Bill Gates

Novelty
He always give surprise in Microsoft new product and successfully attract the eye of the public. The first version of Microsoft's word processor, Microsoft Word was also the first application with such features as the ability to display bold text. Besides, although he not the inventor of mouse but he make everyone use mouse until today. The introduce of Windows also a make a huge change in IT world.
Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning.

Creative??

What is creative? What is the definition of creative?
when you search in google, there are thousand of answers for the meaning of creative. when you ask your friends, your family, a different answers will given.
why?? why there are so many answer for creative? This is because every single person have their own creativity in their nature. That is why they have different definition for creative. Those answers are build by their experience and consciousness in their daily-life.
For conclusion, there are no fixed answer for creative.

Creativity can be anywhere

Many may ask if everyone is creative, then why there are only a few person who also know as genius can stand out among the most, are they really special or different than us?
look what edison say to us
Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration.
Thomas A. Edison

Yup, these genius learn and learn, work and work every second in their life and finally lead to a road to success. A man creativity grow by learning in daily-life, maybe you are not realish your design are influence by your daily experience, by the world surrounding you.

Or we look at the creative process which mention by Graham Wallas

Creative Process
According to Graham Wallas, creative insights and illuminations may be explained by a process consisting of 5 stages.

  1.  preparation (preparatory work on a problem that focuses the individual's mind on the problem and explores the problem's dimensions),
  2. incubation (where the problem is internalized into the unconscious mind and nothing appears externally to be happening),
  3. intimation (the creative person gets a "feeling" that a solution is on its way),
  4. illumination or insight (where the creative idea bursts forth from its preconscious processing into conscious awareness); and
  5. verification (where the idea is consciously verified, elaborated, and then applied).
Everyone will pass through these 5 process when they apply their creativity. But the different between a success and failure is how many time you repeat these 5 process. People learning from failure, thinking positively and apply the new idea. How perseverance are you can change your life.

However, the most important part is we should think outside the box. All of us are trap inside our own impoverished knowledge. So, starting from now, learning from each others, accept critism from others and improve yourself. One day, your creativity will be generally acknowledged by the world.

A man, as a general rule, owes very little to what he is born with - a man is what he makes of himself.
Alexander Graham Bell
